- NOTICE OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY CEMETERY BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH May 10, 2023; 10:00 AM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Cemetery Board will hold a regular meeting on the 10th day of May 2023, which meeting shall begin promptly at 10:00 A.M. The agenda shall be as follows: CEMETERY BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM 4-12-2023 3. AGENDA ITEMS A. Final Memorial Day Program Assignments B. Pioneer Cemetery Service Day C. Posting of flag dates and approval for new flag plaques D. Pioneer Cemetery plaque and approval for expenditures E. Cemetery Plot price increase F. Board by-laws 4. PUBLIC COMMENTS 5. OLD BUSINESS 6. BOARD MEMBER REPORTS 7. ADJOURNMENT This facility is wheelchair accessible and accessible parking spaces are available.
