- SF Logo Wednesday, August 9, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. August 2, 2023 2. Discussion A. ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION SITE MANAGEMENT PLAN. Proposed plan to ensure proper mitigation of environmental concerns. 3. Annexations A. NORTH LAKE ANNEXATION. This proposal involves annexing 76 acres of land into Spanish Fork City located at approximately 700 East 2200 North. 4. Concept Review A. RODEN 4-PLEX. 5. Construction Standards A. CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS REVISIONS (23.01) Proposed amendments of the Construction Standards. 6. Title 15 Amendments A. FENCING STANDARDS. 7. Adjourn
