Minutes of April 25, 2023 (open & closed), June 13, 2023 (open & closed) and July 11, 2023 (two sets). 6:10 P.M. 3. Officer Recognition Awards. 6:20 P.M. 4. Public Hearing - Amend Budget. Discussion and possible action to amend the 2023-2024 fiscal year budget. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom) 6:30 P.M. 5. Job Title Change. Discussion and consideration to change the job title of the Recreation Coordinator to Recreation Director. (Presenter: Amy Mabey) 6:40 P.M. 6. Closed Meeting. Consideration for a closed meeting pursuant to one or more of the provisions of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Law, Utah Code ยง 52-4-205(1). 7. Other Business 8. Adjournment Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, commencing at 6:00 PM. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
