- Rockville Town Council Regular Meeting Rockville Town Hall August 16, 2023 - 6:00 pm **Please note change of date** **Amended** Please note the Rockville Town Council will be postponing their regular meeting of Wednesday the 9th day of August 2023 at 6:00 p.m. to Wednesday the 16th day of August 2023 at 6 p.m.in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order 1. Roll Call 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of the Agenda 4. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. Public Comments -- If you wish to speak during Public Comment and Questions, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for items not listed on this agenda. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. Discussion/Information/Non-action Items 1. Report on Hurricane Valley Fire Special Service District - Pam Leach Administrative Action Items 1. **Approval of the minutes of the June 30, 2023 Special Meeting. 2. Approval of the minutes of the July 12, 2023, Regular Meeting. 3. Approval of expenditures for the month of July 2023. 4. Approval of the July 2023 financial statements.
