- Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, August 8, 2023, in the Council Room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone or zoom. The agenda will be as follows: The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meeting(s) 3. Public Comment 4. Land Use Comments, Building Permit-Scott Rawlings 5. Tiny Homes-Richard Ross 6. JUB Engineering - Monthly Engineering Report 7. Discussion and Action on Resolution 08082023-001-Oridinance of Myton Town Establishing and Adopting a Temporary Land Use Regulation That Prohibits The Acceptance Of Any New Subdivision applications and Building Permits for 180 days. 8. Discussion and Action on Resolution 08082023-002 Myton City Fee Schedule 9. Discussion on Employment and Serving on City Council. 10. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Carrie Boren- Administration-. Gov pay card system Alan Allred - Maintenance Sam Davis - Fire Department 11. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares (if needed) 12. Closed Executive Session 52-4-205(1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) Six Month employee Review 13. Approval and Signing of Checks 14. Adjournment.
