- 30 Day Public Comment Period for the Five County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) Five County Association of Governments will hold a 30-day comment period for the Five County Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). Five County seeks input from the general public on the draft CEDS and will consider all comments. Please find the draft CEDS at this link: https://fivecountyecon.files.wordpress.com/2023/08/draft-fcaog-2023-2028-ceds.pdf The public comment period commences August 7, 2023 at 8:00 AM and concludes September 7, 2023 at 8:00 AM. Comments may be made by contacting Nathan Wiberg at nwiberg@fivecounty.utah.gov or by phone at 435-673-3548. Interested persons may also view the draft in person upon request at the FCAOG office located at 1070 W. 1600 S., Bldg. B, St. George, UT 84770, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
