- NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE WASATCH COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT The WASATCH COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The WASATCH COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT tax on a $1,600,000 residence would increase from $4,070.00 to $5,403.20, which is $1,333.20 per year. - The WASATCH COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT tax on a $1,600,000 business would increase from $7,400.00 to $9,824.00, which is $2,424.00 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, WASATCH COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 34.25% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
