- April 24, 2023 PLEASANT GROVE CITY DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING The Design Review Board will meet Monday, April 24, 2023, at 4:30 pm for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at Community Hall in the Police and Court Building, 108 S. 100 E. Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: futurity 1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 450 S North County Blvd (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of JVO Commercial Development for a commercial site plan for three retail buildings, located at approx. 450 S North County Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict. 2. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at approx. 450 S North County Blvd (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Adam Lambert for a commercial site plan for an indoor baseball facility, located at approx. 1495 West State Street in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict.
