- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a special City Council meeting on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.org for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. A. PRAYER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE B. CONSENT AGENDA 1. Approval of the July 19, 2023, City Council Meeting Minutes C. PETITIONS, REMONSTRANCES & COMMUNICATIONS 1. Yard of the Month 2. Public Forum 3. Staff and Council Reports D. ACTION ITEMS 1. Resolution - R&C #2 Annexation petition for consideration of acceptance and further review located at approximately south of 900 North (9600 South County) and west of 400 West (3550 West County) consisting of 40.5 acres 2. Request for use of the I-O, In-fill Overlay to reduce the required frontage and a private drive approach for subdivided lots (Ralph Wilson Subdivision) located at approximately 890 East 200 South on Utah County Parcels 30:054:0090, 30:054:0158, and 30:054:0296 3. Final Plat for Payson Jackson's Subdivision including amendments to the Henline Subdivision, Plat B, Lot 2 and Gateway Town Center, Plat B, related to access at approximately 1270 West and 800 South E.
