Welcome 2. Invocation and/or Moment of Reflection 3. Pledge of Allegiance B) Consent Items- 1. Approval of July 11th, 2023 Meeting Minutes 2. Approval & Acceptance of URS Contributory Letter C) Commissioner Declarations of Conflict of Interest D) Public Comments (please limit comments to 3 minutes) E) Presentations 1. Emergency Services Director Austin Turner - Update 2. Craig Brown - UDOT I-84 Interchange Project Introduction and who should be on the CCT - Community Coordination Team. F) Action Items - 1. Cindy Mikesell - Discussion/Decision - Clerk Auditor/Elections Request to approve the Interlocal Agreement with Morgan City and Morgan County for the Municipal November 2023 Elections. 2.
