- SF Logo Wednesday, August 2, 2023 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the Spanish Fork City Office Building, 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. July 19, 2023 2. Final Plat A. ARROWHEAD SUBDIVISION PHASE 5. The proposal involves creating 7 single-family lots located at approximately 2000 South between Main Street and Mill Rd. 3. Site Plan A. EXPRESSWAY SQUARE LANDSCAPING ISLANDS. This proposal involves the construction of 6 landscaping islands in a commercial lot located at approximately 820 East Expressway Lane. B. AIRPORT FBO BUILDING. This proposal involves the development of a new building at the Spanish Fork Airport located at approximately 2050 North 300 West. 4. Concept Review A. PETERSON PROPERTY CONCEPT. B. CHASE BANK CONCEPT. C. THOMPSON THRIFT COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL CONCEPT. 5. Discussion A. STREET SIGNS. 6. Adjourn
