- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 1st day of August at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember D. Smith 2. Business - Little Lambs Foundation for Kids - Ordinance 23-06 - 'An Ordinance Amending Clarkston Town Code Title 11-1-10; Minor Subdivision Definition and Title 10-1-6 Structure and Temporary Structure Definitions' - Business License and Citizen Complaint 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - National Night Out Against Crime - August 21, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - Fire Department Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Develop a 5-Year Plan - Cemetery Road - Road Seal Around Fire Station - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - July Warrant List - Citizen Advisory Committee Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery Department - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - September 5, 2023 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
