MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: PRESENT: EXCUSED: GUESTS: NEW BUSINESS: PUBLIC COMMENT, EACH SPEAKER MAY HAVE UP TO 3 MINUTES PER SUBJECT. - Public Comment regarding Ordinance 22-07-11-A. This is the regulation of non-developed lots being used for storage and habitation. - Public Comment regarding Ordinance 22-07-11-B. This is the regulation of Accessory Dwelling Units. - Public Comment regarding Ordinance 22-07-11-C. This is the revision of Article 5, sections 516 & 517 - Public Comment on Manila Subdivision Ordinance. It is to be amended to allow for the APWA; Manual of Standards and Specifications to regulate road designs and standards. NEW BUSINESS: - Recommendation to Town Council for Ordinance 22-07-11-A - Recommendation to Town Council for Ordinance 22-07-11-B - Recommendation to Town Council for Ordinance 22-07-11-C - Recommendation to Town Council for an amendment to the Subdivision Ordinance - Karen Teel requesting a building permit for a garage located at 272 N & 5th E. - Randy Walker requesting a building permit for a carport that he intends on enclosing. - Tawney Laveder requesting a building permit for a garage to be built at 75 Eastridge Drive. - RJ Nelson requesting a business license for tree trimming and removal.
