WITH THE REGULAR MEETING IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: WORK SESSION PRESENT: EXCUSED: GUESTS: NEW BUSINESS: - Discuss final draft of ordinance book - Discuss upcoming trainings MEETING CALLED TO ORDER: REGULAR MEETING PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: PRESENT: EXCUSED: GUESTS: MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: DECEMBER 12th, 2022 NEW BUSINESS: - Joe Degooyer - Requesting approval for a short-term rental on his property at 331 N Dry Creek. - Blake Dunkley - Requesting a short-term rental located on his property at 48 E 2ND N. - Bridger Valley Lawn & Landscaping Inc. - Requesting a business license for lawn care and landscaping. - Franz Investments LLC - Requesting a business license for a store and a woodworking shop located on her property at lot 18 East Ridge Subdivision. - AJ Olsen - Requesting a building permit for a home to be built on his property located at 73 Horseshoe Canyon Drive. - Harry Roberts - Requesting a building permit for a home to be built on his property located at 259 N 5th E. They currently have a home on the property, but it will be replaced by the new dwelling. - Ken Winn- is requesting his approval for a lot combination. His property is located at 159 E. and 2nd N. He will be combining the property directly behind him. - Loren Mott- Requesting a building permit for a barn-dominium to be built on his property at 471 N. 5th E. SCHEDULING THE NEXT MEETING AND ADJOURNMENT April 10th is the next suggested meeting day as the P&Z Secretary will be out of town for training the first week of April.
