- TOQUERVILLE CITY COUNCIL Regular Business Meeting Agenda July 19, 2023, at 6:00 pm 212 N. CALL TO ORDER: 1. Call to Order - Mayor Justin Sip 2. Pledge of Allegiance - Councilman Williams 3. Statements of Belief/Opening Prayer - Councilman Bringhurst B. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: 1. Approval of Agenda Order 2. Disclosures and Declarations of Conflicts from Council Members and Mayor. C. CONSENT AGENDA: 1. Review and possible approval of meeting minutes from June 21, 2023 Regular Business Meeting and June 26, 2023 Special City Council Meeting. D. CITY DEPARTMENT REPORTS 1. Stanley Consulting - Toquerville Parkway updates. E. BUSINESS: 1. Discussion and ratification to authorize Stanley Consultants to execute a change order for Toquerville Parkway Bid Package A not to exceed $705,000 for Toquerville Citys utility portion of the Westfield Waterline and authorizing payment of the same using legislative funding from fund 41. A phone call vote taken on June 22nd, 2023. (Roll Call vote was 4-0). 2. Discussion and possible action on Ordinance 2023.XX - Nightly Rental Ordinance to include additional limitations such as a maximum cap on the total number of applications on the waiting list and to include additional administrative changes. F. CALENDAR OF EVENTS: 1. 24th of July Celebration - Monday, July 24th, 2023. 2. Toquerville City Neighborhood Market - Saturday, August 19th, 2023, at City Hall (Every 3rd Saturday through October) G. ADJOURN: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Office 435.635.1094, at least 48 hours in advance.
