- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD THE REGULAR MEETING ON THE 21ST DAY OF JUNE 2023 AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 19 SOUTH MAIN STREET, HELPER, UTAH MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCTION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. Those who have asked to be placed on the agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Approval of minutes from meetings on May 17, 2023. 4. Discussion and/or approval for Terri Buchanan for Business License/Conditional Use application at 558 S 300 W. 5. Discussion from Zoning Administrator Boyack on Floodplain Ordinance. 6. Discussion for Dixie Marvidikis and Michelle Goldsmith on Short Term Rentals.
