- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING July 19, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting July 19, 2023 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Public Comments (limit of 3 minutes) 2. MOTION: CONSENT AGENDA - Approval of June 21, 2023 City Council Minutes - Approval of June 21, 2023 MBA Minutes - City Claims and Review of Financials 3. MOTION: Business license 4. MOTION: Approval of Fraud Risk Assessment from Audit Committee 5. MOTION: Approval to purchase Utility trailer 6. MOTION: Approval of landscape for trails grant 7. MOTION: Approval of asphalt by new sidewalk North of JN Auto 8. Mayor's Report 9. Departmental Reports (Fire department, Maintenance department) 10. Youth City Council report 11. Council's Reports 12. Zoning Administrator Report 13. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. If necessary, executive session may be held in accordance with the Utah Code 52-4-205. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda were posted in three public places within the Huntington City limits. These public places being 1) Huntington City Hall; 2) Desertview Federal Credit Union; and 3) the U.S. Post Office. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
