- NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF HELPER CITY, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION WILL HOLD THE REGULAR MEETING ON THE 19TH DAY OF JULY 2023 AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 19 SOUTH MAIN STREET, HELPER, UTAH MEETING SHALL BEGIN AT 6:00 P.M. IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A MEMBER OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION WILL BE PARTICIPATING BY ELECTRONIC MEANS. THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS SHALL SERVE AS THE ANCHOR LOCTION. MEMBERS OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. Those who have asked to be placed on the agenda 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Approval of minutes from meetings on June 21, 2023. 4. Discussion and/or approval for Allie Farnham Business Licence/Conditonal User Permit for Short-Term- Rental at 66 Bryner Street. 5. Discussion and/or approval of the General Plan. 6. Discussion and/or approval of survey by Michelle Goldsmith. 7. Discussion for Dixie Marvidikis and Michelle Goldsmith on Short Term Rentals.
