- Tremonton City Corporation Development Review Committee July 19, 2023 Meeting to be held at 102 South Tremont Street 9:30 a.m. AGENDA 1. Approval of agenda 2. Approval of minutes - May 3, 2023 3. New Business: a. Discussion of building a house on Lot 1 of the Riley Buck Subdivision located at 4979 W 12000 N - Erin Wilson b. Discussion of annexing a portion of parcel 05-200-0012 located at 1350 S 100 E- Scott Hunsaker c. Review and discussion of The Junction concept plan located at approximately 1098 South Iowa String d. Discussion of concept plan for Ron Keller site plat at 1960 W Main Street - Blane Keller e. Walk-ins:* 4. Comments/Reports: 5. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Staff regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to five minutes. 6. Adjournment Persons with disabilities needing special assistance to participate in this meeting should contact Cynthia Nelson no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting. Notice was posted July 17, 2023, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
