- Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council Millcreek Committee Meeting Friday, July 7, 2023 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council will hold a Millcreek Committee meeting at approximately 1:30 p.m., or soon thereafter on Friday, July 7, 2023. You may attend the meeting at the anchor location: the CWC offices located at the Gateway, 41 N. Rio Grande Street Ste 102, Salt Lake City, or virtually by registering at the below link. Please note that after registering, you will receive an email containing a meeting access link. https://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJMqdOitrDgrHNMFYS5FTJdsGCm3f156_HA0 Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council Millcreek Committee Scheduled for Friday, 7 July 2023; beginning at 1:30 p.m. The agenda for that meeting of the Committee is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News. Civility and decorum should be applied in all discussions and debate. Difficult questions, tough challenges to a point of view, and criticism of ideas and information are legitimate elements of a free democracy in action. Public officials and the public are encouraged to refrain from making belligerent, personal, impertinent, slanderous, threatening, abusive, or disparaging comments. 1:30 P.M. Opening 1. Chair Tom Diegel will open the public meeting as Chair of the Millcreek Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council. 2. Review and approval of the minutes from the March 20, 2023 meeting. 1:35 P.M. FLAP Grant Discussion 1. Members of the Millcreek Canyon Committee will discuss the FLAP Grant. 2:25 P.M. Other Business and updates relating to Millcreek Canyon 2:30 P.M. Adjourn 1. Chair Tom Diegel will close the public meeting as Chair of the Millcreek Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council. _________________________________________________________________________ CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: At or before 1:30 p.m. on July 6th, 2023, the undersigned hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was: (1) Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website created under UTAH CODE ANN. 63F-1-70; and (2) Provided to the Salt Lake Tribune and/or Deseret News and to a local media correspondent. This meeting is being conducted only electronically without a physical location as authorized. The audio recording and transcript of the meeting will be posted for public review. Members of the Commission will/may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Final action may be taken in relation to any topic listed on the agenda, including but not limited to adoption, rejection, amendment, addition of conditions and variations of options discussed.
