Public hearing to receive public input regarding a General Plan DRAFT which would amend Chapter 12-000 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance c. Consideration and recommendation to the City Council regarding a General Plan DRAFT which would amend Chapter 12-000 of the Willard City Zoning 6. Consideration and approval of the July 6, 2023, regular Planning Commission minutes 7. Commissioner/Staff Comments 8.
