- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of SOUTH WEBER CITY, Utah, will meet in a closed meeting commencing at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2023, in the Council Chambers at 1600 E. South Weber Dr. with an open, public meeting to follow at approximately 6:30 pm. CLOSED SESSION held pursuant to the provision of UCA section 52-4-205 (1)(c) and (d) 1. Discuss Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation 2. Discuss the Sale of Real Property OPEN (Agenda items may be moved in order or sequence to meet the needs of the Council.) 3. Pledge of Allegiance: Councilman Halverson 4. Prayer: Mayor Westbroek 5. Public Comment: Please respectfully follow these guidelines. a. Individuals may speak once for 3 minutes or less: Do not remark from the audience. b. State your name & city and direct comments to the entire Council (They will not respond). PRESENTATIONS 6.
