Tom Seely: Ratify approval to pay F@L Trucking for chipping. Dominion Energy: Requesting ROW Excavation License Approval at 9670 E 25430 North, Fairview to install new gas service to home. Jenna Draper: Award of Sanpete County Rural County Grant Funds. Scott Olsen: Approval of Job Description for a Building Inspector / Zoning Enforcement position; Approval of Tim Wilson as the new Building Inspector / Zoning Enforcement employee; Approval of Credit Card for Scott Olsen; Approval of Truck Lease for Building Department. Public Hearing: Lyle Young has requested a zone change of his property located off of Hwy 89 North of Sterling. The requested zone change would be from RA-1 to Business Commercial. The property totals 9.60 acres and identified by its parcel number S-7251. Public Hearing: To vacate/abandon Class D Roads 988, 989 and 990 within Sanpete County. The roads to be considered for vacation result from several past work meetings and after considering multiple and varied requests for road review. The roads listed do not represent every possible road potentially qualified for vacation. Public Hearing: Sanpete County is involved in improving the Christianburg Road, extending from Highway 89 to SR 137. A required element in the improvement is an exchange of County owned property (Parcel # S- 10020x1) for a Right-of-Way currently owned by Twelvemile LLC. This public hearing will discuss this exchange. Gloria Bailey: Discussion and potential approval to be able to close Class B County Road 675 and install cattle guard. Linda Christiansen: Ratify approval to pay Bedrock Quartz for counter top install for Clerk's office election remodel; Approval to pay Revver invoice for Clerk document storage. Approval to pay House of Glass for security glass and door install for Clerk's office election remodel. Approval of Minutes Closed Session
