- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL JANUARY 12, 2023 2:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Director of Springville City will hold an Administrative Approval meeting at the Springville City Civic Center Community Development Department located at 110 South Main Street, Springville, Utah. The Director will consider the following: 1. Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust seeking site plan approval for Walmart Fuel to be located at 635 S 1950 W in the RC-Regional Commercial Zone. This meeting was noticed in compliance with Utah Code 52-4-202 on January 11, 2023. Agendas and minutes are accessible through the Springville City website at www.springville.org/agendasminutes. Administrative Approval meeting agendas are available through the Utah Public Meeting Notice website at www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html. Email subscriptions to Utah Public Meeting Notices are available through their website.
