Box 618, Suite 304, Farmington Utah 84025 Telephone: (801) 451-3279 - Fax: (801) 451-3281 PUBLIC NOTICE FOR REQUEST TO REZONE Notice is hereby given that the Davis County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday July 6, 2023 at 6:00 PM, in the Davis County Commission Chambers, located at room 305, 61 South Main Street, Farmington, Utah. The Planning Commission will consider a request to rezone the property located at approximately 3454 West 2700 South, Syracuse Utah. The request is to rezone .64 Acres from A-10 to A-1. The effect of the rezone would reduce the minimum lot size for a residential unit from 10 acres to 1 acre.
