- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Planning Commission will hold four public hearings on Thursday, January 12, 2023, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. 1. The purpose of the first public hearing is to consider the request of a conditional use permit for Thomas Johnson for an oversized structure totaling 1,728sqft located at 6222 W 5100 S 2. The purpose of the second public hearing is to consider the final review of the Pheasant Acres Subdivision located at approximately 2900 South 5100 West for RCAJ Adventures LLC 3. The purpose of the third public hearing is to consider the preliminary review of the Spring Landing Subdivision located at approximately 3502 South 5500 West for Heritage Land Development
