- A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve May 9, 2023, meeting minutes. 6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for April 2023. 7. PUBLIC COMMENTS 8. BUSINESS a. Public hearing to receive comments on a request to rezone the property located at 1180 South Cove View Road from RM-11 (multi-family residential) to RM-24 (high-density multi-family residential). b. Consider a request from Dalton Boren for a letter of denial of annexation for property located approximately 2330 East and 2600 North. c. Consider selecting a health insurance plan for employees. d. Consider opening and amending the budget for fiscal year 2022-23. e. Review and discuss the proposed budget and consider adopting the tentative budget with or without changes. f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-7, defining shipping fulfillment companies and the acceptable zoning for that type of business. g. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-8, defining and allowing accessory support services in multi-family residential zones. h. Consider adopting Ordinance 2023-9, allowing accessory storage containers (shipping containers/Conex boxes) in some commercial zones with restrictions. 9. OTHER BUSINESS 10. EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Purchase of property. 11. ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND EMAILING The undersigned duly appointed and acting recorder for the municipality of Richfield City hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice website www.pmn.utah.gov, and the City's website www.richfieldcity.com, emailed to each member of the governing body, this 29th day of May 2023.
