Public hearing to receive public input regarding a proposal to amend the Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk regulations found in Chapter 12-102-18 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance to conform to the Willard City Public Works Standards b. Consideration and recommendation to the City Council regarding a proposal to amend the Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk regulations found in Chapter 12-108-18 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance to conform to the Willard City Public Works Standards c. Review the May 2023 General Plan Draft and set a public hearing 6. Consideration and approval of the May 18 and June 1, 2023, regular Planning Commission minutes 7. Commissioner/Staff Comments 8.
