- NOTICE OF AND AGENDA FOR A REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GOSHEN VALLEY LOCAL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trustees of the Goshen Valley Local District (the 'District') shall convene as a Board on Monday, June 26, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., at the Elberta Valley Ag Office located at 16100 South 12800 West, Elberta, Utah and via the Microsoft Office 365 application Teams. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Statement of Conflict of Interest by Board and Staff, if needed 3. Public comment 4. Consideration for approval of the March 16, 2023 Board Meeting Minutes 5. Financial report on current expenses and budget and potential budget amendment (D Sanderson) 6. Review and consideration to approve the 2022 Fraud Assessment Report (D Sanderson) 7. Report on engineering services contract (M McVicker) 8. Report on engineering study for 40-year plan (M McVicker and K Jorgensen) 9. Impact fee policy update (P Gessel) 10. Discussion on GVLD/Church Water Lease (K Jorgensen) 11. Report on expected time frame for review of GVLD policies (P Gessel and A Wood) 12. Legal proposal for review of groundwater management plan proposed amendment (P Gessel) 13. Responses or comments to proposed amendment to groundwater management plan (M McVicker) 14. Board Chairman personal privilege 15. Other Business 16. Next Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 19, 2023 This meeting shall be open to the public in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. This meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and in person. For any member of the public who desires to join this meeting, please call the Goshen Valley Local District Clerk at 801-715-9184. Leave a message that includes your email address, and you will receive a meeting invitation with a link to the virtual meeting. All interested members of the public are invited to attend.
