CALL IN INFORMATION: Meeting call in # 435-676-9000 participant code 168030# (This is a local call within the South Central service area) CALL MEETING TO ORDER & WELCOME: CONSENT AGENDA: Approval of MBA Minutes for May 23, 2023 REGULAR AGENDA: 1. Public Hearing Regarding The Issuance And Sale Of Not More Than $3,000,000 Aggregate Principal Amount Of Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2023 And Any Potential Economic Impact That The Improvements, Facility or Property Financed In Whole Or In Part With The Proceeds Of The Bonds May Have On The Private Sector 2. Discussion/Decision about the Construction Changes for the Community Outreach Building NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS: In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Chameill Lamb at (435) 644-2458. Agenda items may be accelerated or taken out of order without notice as the Administration deems appropriate.
