- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a budget work session meeting at 6:00 p.m., followed by a regular work session meeting at 7:00 p.m., followed by a regular City Council meeting at 8:00 p.m. or thereafter on the 7th day of June 2023 at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows: Budget Work Session - 6:00 p.m. 1.
