- Central Wasatch Commission Special Hybrid Stakeholders Council Meeting Central Wasatch Commission Offices: 41 N. Rio Grande Ave. Suite 101, Salt Lake City Utah 84101 Wednesday, June 21st, 2023 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Stakeholders Council will hold a special hybrid meeting at approximately 4:30 P.M., or soon thereafter, on Wednesday, June 21st, 2023. This meeting will occur both in-person and virtually via ZOOM. The anchor location Central Wasatch Commission offices. For those wishing to attend the meeting virtually, the public may register for the meeting through the following link. Difficult questions, tough challenges to a point of view, and criticism of ideas and information are legitimate elements of a free democracy in action. Please take notice that a quorum of the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council scheduled for Wednesday June 21st 2023; beginning at 4:30 p.m. The agenda for that meeting of the Committee is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News. 4:30 P.M. Opening 1. William McCarvill will conduct the meeting as the Chair of the Stakeholders Council. 2. The Stakeholders Council will consider approving the Stakeholder Council DRAFT Minutes of Monday, May 22nd, 2023 (accessible here and attached). 3. Announcements Wasatch Wildflower Festival, July 8th & 9th in BCC, July 15th &16th in LCC. Millcreek EIS Question and Answer Session: June 21st, 6:00 p.m. Call for additional announcements from SHC Members. Poll results and selection of new meetings days. 4:40 P.M. Stakeholders Council Leadership Elections 1. The Stakeholders Council will vote via ranked choice voting to decide the Chair and Vice-Chair positions for the next two years. 5:05 P.M. New Stakeholders Council Member Introductions 1. The seven new Stakeholders Council members will introduce themselves to the SHC. 5:25 P.M. Annual Housekeeping 1. Stakeholders Council Leadership election results. 2. Review Rules and Procedures. 3. CWC structure. 4. CWC portfolio of work. 5. Other administrative tasks. 5:55 P.M. Open Comments 6:00 P.M. Adjourn Meeting 1.
