- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Rush Valley Town Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Rush Valley Town Hall, 52 South Park Street, Rush Valley, Utah. AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. Pledge of Allegiance/Roll Call 2. Sheriff's Report 3. Approval of Meeting Minutes for 04-26-2023 and 05-08-2023 4. Consideration of Tooele County Fire Agreement/Contract - Bucky Whitehouse 5. Consideration of an Ordinance Adopting Chapter 7A - Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in the Land Use Management and Development Code 6. Consideration to Adopt Tentative 2023-2024 Budget 7. Approval to Pay McCormick and Sons Excavation for Paving of Triangles in St. John 8. Approval to Purchase Plow Truck 9. Award Bid for Surplus Cemetery Shed 10. Approval to Purchase Turnouts for Fire Department 11. Fire Department Report 12. Council Report 13. Safety Topic 14. Payment of Bills 15. Public Comments 16.
