- This meeting will be conducted electronically via Webex Meetings. Agenda's, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at Utah.gov/pmn. 11:00 a.m. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER Board member and staff introductions. 11:03 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Comments will be limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the board. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting in-person or via Webex, they may email their comments to hshegrud@slco.org by 8:00 AM the day of the meeting to have those comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 11:05 BUSINESS ITEM - Approval of Draft Meeting Minutes from the last Open Space Board Meeting held April 17, 2023. Action Item: - Board Vote Required - Minutes approval. 11:10 BUSINESS ITEM - Chair determination 11:20 BUSINESS ITEM - Review of Bylaws 11:25 BUSINESS ITEM - Board Meeting Schedule for remainder of 2023 11:30 Open Space Land Acquisition / Conservation Easement Report on real property - Acquisition (potential closed meeting) Action Item: - Board Vote Required 12:00 ADJOURN
