This meeting will be conducted both in-person and electronically via Webex Meetings. Agendas, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at utah.gov/pmn. 11:30 Lunch 11:40 Board Chair brings the meeting to order. 11:45 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the board. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting in person, they may email their comments to adepaz@slco.org by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting to have the comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 11:50 Business Item - Approval of May 2023 Minutes Board will vote on the approval of May 2023 meeting minutes. Action Item: Board Vote Required - Minutes approval 11:55 Director's Report Martin Jensen, Division Director Martin will provide a brief overview of division-wide updates. Informational: No Action Required 2 12:05 FIF Project: Budget Updates for 2024 Approval Doranne Pittz, Associate Director of Recreation Jerry Brewster, Associate Director of Golf Brent Laulusa, Associate Director of Fiscal and Admin Doranne, Jerry, and Brent will update the board on the FIF projects set for 2024 review and board approval. Action Item: Board Approval Required 12:20 Community Engagement Updates Liz Sollis, Associate Director of Community Engagement Liz will share Parks and Recreation's 2022 Annual Report, and discuss online and inperson community engagement. Informational: No Action Required 12:30 Butterfield Trail Milestones Walt Gilmore, Associate Director of Planning Dustin Wiberg, Project Manager Dustin and Walt will present updates on the Butterfield Trail milestones and map overview. Informational: No Action Required 12:50 Flood Control Decommission Update Patrick Leary, Associate Director of Parks, Trails and Open Space Patrick will present updates to the current flood control measures. Informational: No Action Required Board Business 1:00 ADJOURN
