- CENTERFIELD CITY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission will hold a commission meeting on May 25, 2023 at the Centerfield City Hall, 130 South Main; the meeting will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The Agenda shall be as follows: 1. Roll Call 2. Adoption of Minutes of previous meeting 3. New House, Garage or Shed -David Wright- Building Permit- Garage -John Lewis- Building Permit- Garage -Riley McEwan- Building Permit- Home -Neil Banner- Building Permit- Patio -Neil Banner- Building Permit- Basement Walkout and Retaining Wall -Dillon Thurston- Building Permit- Home -Kasey Peterson- Building Permit- Home 4. Subdivision Plats, Lot Splits -Horizon Farms 2 Lot Subdivision 5. Work Session NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-3296 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
