Approval of minutes - February 1, 2023 & February 22, 2023 3. New Business: a. Discussion of annexation of parcel 06-060-0005 at 2226 W 1000 N (west side) - Joe Darger b. Review and discussion of the Harvest Acre Village Phase 1 Subdivision Development Agreement c. Review and discussion of the River Valley Phase 8 Subdivision Development Agreement d. Walk-ins:* 4. Comments/Reports: 5. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Staff regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to five minutes. 6. Notice was posted April 11, 2023, a date not less than 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting and remained so posted until after said meeting.
