- Notice is hereby given The Mayor and City Council of Helper City, A Municipal Corporation will hold a regular meeting on the 18th day of May 2023. At the Council Chambers 19 South Main, Helper, Utah. The meeting shall begin at 6:00 pm. 1- Call to order. 2- Pledge of Allegiance. 3- Roll call. 4- Public Comment. 5- Approval of the minutes from April 21 & 27, 2023. 6- Discussion and possible approval of extending the sidewalk from Birch St. to Castle Gate RV entrance. Requested by Scott Bennett. 7- Discussion and possible approval of applying for a grant from the Land Water Conservation Fund. 8- Discussion and possible approval of purchasing dirt and conditioner for baseball fields in the amount of $2180. 9- Discussion on HWY 6. 10- Discussion and possible approval of a raise for Billie Heilesen. Reports only from Council Members and Department Heads. Possible closed session. Adjournment:
