- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Fillmore City Planning Meeting on WEDNESDAY, July 12, at 7:05 p.m. at the Fillmore City Council Chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. - To receive public comment regarding an amendment to Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 14 'Parking Standards'. - To receive public comment regarding an amendment to Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 18 'Fencing Standards'. - To receive public comment regarding an amendment to Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 21 'Temporary Uses'. - To receive public comment regarding an amendment to Fillmore City Municipal Code Chapter 23 'Home Occupations'. - To receive public comment regarding an amendment to Fillmore City Municipal Code 10-18-3 'Simple Lot Subdivisions'. Applicant: Mike Petersen - Major lot subdivision for the Ridges Subdivision located approximately 200 E to 700 E and 500 S to 340 S Parcels F-7039-A reducing phase 1 and creating phase 1 and phase 2.
