- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday January 10, 2023 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting December 13, 2022. 2. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) January 2023. 3. Discuss fiscal year 2022-2023 budget 4. Hired a new Administrative Assistant Christine Kelly 5. Report on REAC (FASS-PH) submitted to HUD 6. Utah NAHRO Conference April 26-27 (Who wants to attend) 7. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 8. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
