- Public Notice 2023 Municipal General Election The following individuals have filed to be candidates in the Washington City Municipal General Election to be held November 7th, 2023. A Primary Election will not be held, due to the number of candidates. City Council Candidates - Four (4) year term - Three (3) Seats Available Martinsen, Ben Leamon Tracey, Ed Ivie, Kurt F. Coats, Craig Belliston, Troy Scheel, Doug **Candidate order is randomly determined by the Lt. Governor's Office. For further information, please see Utah Code Section 20A-6-305.
