- TOWN OF STERLING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD THEIR NEXT MEETING ON TUESDAY, May 9, 2023. AT 7:00 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. The Agenda Shall Be as Follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Read & Approve minutes from the previous meeting. 4. Commissioners to complete OPMA training on the State Auditor's website at https://training.auditor.utah.gov/courses/open-and-public-meetings-act-training-2022. It is on the emails sent with this agenda to all parties. 5. Discussion on Annexation. 6. Discussion for an ordinance prohibiting high density housing. 7. Discussion on Brent Opoulos building a couple small cabins on property. 8. Discussion on Keenen Pearson building a greenhouse and shed. 8. Question on city code concerning above and below ground propane tanks. 9. Discussion on Grey Wayman, Sterling ATV building. 10. Discussion on Tim Denton storage Shed. 11. Discussion on Wade Anderson House 12. Discussion on Bryan Sullivan greenhouse. 13. Discussion on Tanner Denton building of fence 14. Discussion on Town Planning & Zoning draft from Jones & DeMille for Sterling Town. 15. Committee Business 16.
