- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 15th day of May at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Mayor N. Craig Hidalgo - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 2, 2023 2. Business - Cache County Executive David Zook - FY 2024 Proposed Budget Discussion - Resolution 23-07 'A Resolution Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2024 Proposed Budget' - Set Public Hearing Date for FY 2023 Amended Budget and FY 2024 Budget - Amphitheater Use Requests - Roy 10th Ward - Benson Utah Stake 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Verizon Tower Update Councilmember M. Fawcett - Water Department - Planning & Zoning Councilmember D. Smith - Roads Department - Animal Control Councilmember M. Stephensen - Citizen Advisory Committee - Youth Council - Richmond Black & White Days May 20, 2023 at 5:00 pm - Pony Express Day - Executive Session to discuss the 2023 Citizen of the Year Councilmember S. Kurek - Cemetery Department - Memorial Day Flags - Cemetery Lot Sales - Parks Department - Sports and Recreation - Emergency Preparedness 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - June 6, 2023 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
