- The Board of Trustees of the Kane Springs Improvement District (the 'District') will meet in public session to hold its Special Board Meeting on June 14, 2023 at 12:00 PM. Pursuant to UTAH CODE ANN. § 52-4-207, the meeting will be held electronically using the Zoom meeting link below. Convene the Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Kane Springs Improvement District 2. Oath of Office 3. Discussion of Duties and Responsibilities of Trustees & Training on Open and Public Meeting Law 4. Appointment of Chair and Co-Chair 5. Appointment of President, Treasurer, and Clerk 6. Review and adoption of Electronic Meetings Policy 7. Review and adoption of Will Serve Policy 8. Adoption of Meeting Schedule 9. Resolution Approving Will Serve Issuance to Kane Creek Preservation & Development 10. Resolution Approving Engagement of Smith Hartvigsen, PLLC as District legal counsel 11. Authorization to review additional policies and 12. Other business, as needed 13. POTENTIAL CLOSED SESSION TO DISCUSS PENDING OR REASONABLY IMMINENT LITIGATION, PERSONNEL MATTERS, OR OTHER MATTERS AS PERMITTED BY THE UTAH OPEN AND PUBLIC MEETINGS ACT (if needed) 14. Adjourn
