- Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Paunsaugunt Cliffs Special Service District will hold its quarterly meeting on the 6th day of March 2023, at the Town of Hatch Community Center, 49 West Center, Hatch, Utah in which meeting will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda is as follows: A. Meeting Called to Order B. Approval of Previous Minutes December 12, 2022 C. Review Checkbook Register & Budget D. Public Hearing Adoption of Ordinance 2023-2 (Cross Connection) E. Report of Officers. 1. Water Operator - Dan Thornton a. Meter Reading Report b. Well Production c. Water Sample Tests F. Petitions, Remonstrations, and Communications. 1. Water Bills - Delinquents 2. Water Rate Increase 3. Annual Board Member Training 4. Self-Evaluation Form G. Introduction and Adoption of Resolutions and Ordinances. 1. Ordinance 2023-1 (Meeting Schedule) - adoption H. Unfinished Business. I. New Business. J. Adjournment.
