- PUBLIC NOTICE #23-128 Invitation for Bids The City of St. George is requesting sealed bids for: REC CENTER MEN'S RESTROOM REMODEL, located at 285 S 400 E, St. George, UT. BIDS must be submitted in a sealed envelope prior to Friday, June 16, 2023, 2:00 pm local time to: City of St. George Purchasing Dept. Attn: Mary Wahl 175 E. 200 N. St. George, UT 84770 Each sealed envelope containing a BID must be plainly marked on the outside #23-128 and Rec Center Men's Restroom Remodel. Bids must either be mailed in ahead of time (preferred) or dropped off either at the front desk or via the drive- through window at City Hall. Please note that late bids for any reason will NOT be accepted. There will be a pre-BID meeting and site visit @ 285 S 400 E St. George, UT on Tuesday, June 12, 2023, at 10:00 am, local time. Each bidder shall visit the project site and become familiar with the existing site conditions. The BID includes the following: - Demolition of existing men's shower room and concrete. - Replacement of concrete and Tile in the men's shower room BIDS shall be opened in an electronic meeting. Notice for the BID opening will be sent to everyone on the Distribution List prior to the BID opening. Addenda will only be provided or sent to those on the distribution list.
