- This meeting will be conducted in-person and electronically via Webex Meetings. Agendas, recordings, and meeting minutes can be accessed on the Utah Public Notice site at Utah.gov/pmn. 2:30 p.m. MEETING CALLED TO ORDER Board member and staff introductions. 2:35 PUBLIC COMMENTS - Comments will be limited to three minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the Advisory Committee. If an individual is unable to attend the meeting in-person or via Webex, they may email their comments to Heidi Shegrud at hshegrud@slco.org by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting to have those comments distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 2:40 BUSINESS ITEM - Approval of Draft Meeting Minutes from the last Open Space Trust Fund Advisory Committee meeting held March 31, 2022. Action Item: Advisory Committee Vote Required - Minutes approval. 2:45 Public Meetings Training David Johnson, Deputy District Attorney Annual training on standards and requirements for public meetings. 3:00 Open Space Land Acquisition / Conservation Easement Pre-Application 2022 Applications: Lund Property, located at 779 West (Approx. 5000 South), lots A & B of Bayport Subdivision Killyon Canyon Redrocks property - Salt Lake City Purchased Vince and Karen Rogers Property - Salt Lake County Purchased RainCloud Property Acquisition - Salt Lake County Purchased 2023 Applications: Bennion Gardner - presentation on multiple parcels in Yellowfork, Rose and Butterfield Canyons.
