ENTITY UPDATES: COMMITTEE UPDATES: Consent Agenda Approval - (5 minutes). March 09, 2023, Board Meeting Minutes March 2023, Profit & Loss March 2023, Reconciliation Warrants Entity Agreements, update, and possible adoption. (20 minutes) Martha Wingate, Ray Quinney & Nebeker. (20 minutes) IT implementation updates. Discussion and possible approval of necessary updates. Ron Prue, Executech (20 minutes). Utah Code 52-4-205. Purposes of closed meetings, (f) discussion regarding deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; Financial Committee Report: Consideration of Contract and Engagement with Sheila T. Srivastava, with STS Tax & Accounting Services, PC to do financial consulting with district management. Closed Session; Utah Code 52-4-205. Purposes of closed meetings, (b) strategy sessions to discuss personnel issues and collective bargaining. Odor mitigation. Update to allow Manager to make purchases up to $25,000 (Martha is working on this).
