- Notice of Public Hearing Planning Commission June 21, 2023 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission for the City of Woodland Hills will hold a Public Hearing at the City of Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, UT, on Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following changes to the City Code: 1. Request for a Change in Zoning- 555 South Woodland Hills Drive. 2. Amending Sections 10-7-1 Districts Established; Map Boundaries, 10-8-5 Driveway Setbacks, 10-11-16 Swimming Pools, and 10-11-8(3) Landscape Features, Fences, Walls, Driveways, and Culverts 3.
