Consent Calendar Be it hereby moved that the following general consent calendar items stand for approval: a. Agenda for the June 12, 2023 Regular Meeting b. Minutes of the May 8, 2023 Regular Meeting c. Warrants and Financials 3. Operator's Report - Receive an Update on Grease Trap Inspections and Work Performed for the District 4. White Acres PUD, Preliminary & Final Approval (Paul Berg) - Discuss and Possibly Grant Preliminary & Final Approval for a 6-lot Subdivision to be known as White Acres PUD, Located at approx. 500 North Whitaker Farm Way, Midway 5. Malinka Subdivision, Preliminary & Final Approval (Paul Berg) - Discuss and Possibly Grant Preliminary & Final Approval for a 5-lot Density Reduction Subdivision to be known as Malinka Subdivision, Located at approx. 150 North 100 East, Midway 6. Resolution 2023-02 (MSD/JSSD Agreement Update) - Discuss and Possibly Approve Updated Agreement between Jordanelle Special Service District and Midway Sanitation District 7. Resolution 2023-04 (Certified Tax Rate) - Discuss and possibly approve Resolution 2023-04 Establishing the 2023 Certified Property Tax Rate for Midway Sanitation District 8. Resolution 2023-05 (Amended Agreement with Midway City) - Discuss Resolution 2023-05 Regarding an Amendment to the Midway City and Midway Sanitation District Agreement, based on Current Costs and Salaries 9. Treatment Plant Odor - Discuss Treatment Plant Odor and Mitigation 10. Engineers Report - Receive an Update on District Projects, Sewer Rehabilitation, Metering & Infiltration 11. Managers' Report - Receive an Update on District Activities, Issues & Projects 12. Trustees Reports - Receive an Update on Areas and Issues of Concern to the District 13. (As Needed) Closed Executive Session to Discuss Pending or Reasonably Imminent Litigation, Purchase, Exchange or Lease of Property and/or the Character, Professional Competence or Physical or Mental Health of an Individual 14. Adjournment
